【ISA 2006】ISA server Cache 清除
使用 microsoft ISA server 常常會因為cache的關係，無法顯示最新異動後
的資訊跟畫面，必須等到 cache 的時間(TTL)過期後才會更新。
若不想等待可以把 cache file 刪除服務再重新啟動即可。
可以把整個步驟寫成一個批次檔，這樣就很方便。

今天在公司利用Aconis備份及還原VM
還原後，要設定網路ip，便出現錯誤訊息「您輸入的網路介面卡 IP 位址 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 已經指派給另一個介面卡」
解決方法如下：
1、在「命令提示字元」下，執行下列指令：
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
第一行是設定一個暫時的環境變數，讓裝置管理員顯示已安裝但是目前不在機器上的裝置。
start devmgmt.msc
第二行是叫出裝置管理員。
2、點選「檢視」→「顯示隱藏裝置」，「展開網路介面卡」，解除安裝隱藏的網路卡即可。
((展開「網路介面卡」會發現有幾張卡反白，除「1394 Net Adapter」、「RAS Async 介面卡」為預設裝置，除這兩張卡不可刪除外，其餘反白的網卡裝置，若不再使用，可將其「解除安裝」。))

網卡 (NIC：Network Interface Card)聚合(NIC Teaming)意思就是把若干個網卡規整到一個網卡上。如果配置合理的話，VMware ESXi上面的網卡聚合可以同時為客體虛擬機提供入站和出站的負載均衡(Load Balancing)。負載均衡(Load Balancing)使得把多個可用網卡均分到更多的服務器上，因此即使在一個網卡、電纜或者交換機出現故障時，能允許客體虛擬機持續運行的情況下完成故障轉移。
