問題描述：

使用者反應欲存取\\x.x.x.x內檔案，但出現下圖之錯誤訊息!

解決方法：

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters\Interfaces
There will be a series of these with a GUID (long number), they are created when you add and delete adapters. Locate the current one, and look for a DWORD entry "NetbiosOptions" if set to 0 it is disabled and can be enabled by choosing 1. If it is not present, which is the case if it has never been successfully enabled on that adapter right click in the appropriate window on the right and choose new DWORD, name it NetbiosOptions, and set the value to 1. You may have to reboot.

最近遇到一台pc一直無法更新至IE 11，就連手動安裝IE 11離線檔，重新開機後畫面顯示更新失敗，恢復設定!

已知企業版或旗艦版才有提供此功能服務。

解決方法：

1. 準備好附檔名為 .cab 的語言包檔案。
2. 以「系統管理員身分」執行 cmd.exe。

家用版無法透過 Windows Anytime Upgrade 直接升級成企業版，只能升級到專業版或旗艦版，原因請參考：善用指令判斷 Windows 7 與 Server 2008 R2 作業系統目前的版本與可升級的版本

就官方的說法（Windows 7 的升級路徑），無法直接將家用進階版升級為企業版。在此提供一個非官方的做法，要提醒您的是，此法所引發的任何問題或錯誤，皆與本人或微軟無關，請三思而後行。

若不想將系統槽格式化，進行重新安裝的話，請依照下列步驟進行：

Win 7本身有內建畫面記錄的小工具。

操作方法：

1.在「開始」功能表的「搜尋」欄位輸入「PSR」

注意：必須確認目標電腦的BIOS中已設定好USB開機。

1.透過CMD，執行diskpart

2.>list disk

3.>select disk n (n為usb磁碟代號)

4.>clean

公司慢慢使用Win 7作業系統

在vnc時，client會有畫面延遲的現象

公司近期買了3台Lenovo M91P桌上型電腦

安裝過程，一直無法完成sysprep，畫面顯示發生嚴重錯誤，log指出sppnp.dll有問題

找了資料後，lenovo官方也有提及這問題的說明，如下：

解決方法如下(官方pci驅動有問題)：

 1. 有關SID的解決方法：

因為無法使用newSID，必須用內建 Sysprep的工具來封裝source.
開啟執行視窗 -> 輸入sysprep -> 點選Sysprep.exe -> 其他選項別動，勾選一般化，關機選項選關機.
注意事項： 一般化的目的就是改SID；封裝後的輸入法會變成只有預設的英文，自己手動增加，或是看本文最下面的兩個解法；顯示卡的驅動有機率的會被標準繪圖卡取代，必須手動再執行安裝程式即可.

安裝前注意事項：

**Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 can be installed ONLY on computers that are running the Enterprise, Professional, or Ultimate editions of Windows 7. This software CANNOT BE INSTALLED on computers that are running Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (SP1). To run Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 on a computer on which you want to run Windows 7 with SP1, first install Remote Server Administration Tools, and then upgrade to Service Pack 1.**

註：主要是安裝RSAT前，不要先安裝wIN 7 SP1
